In 5 minutes or less, with just a few mouse clicks — visitors can create a ballpark auto insurance quote.Then, using our shared screen technology which includes text and video chat, interested visitors may connect live with a certified CIG Insurance Advisor who can help potential customers tailor their auto insurance, bind coverage and send proof of insurance — all via the web, in a single session! CIGLive™ provides visitors the best of both worlds: the convenience of self-paced exploration and the peace of mind that comes from having an expert by your side. Under the hood, CIGLive™ integrates online marketing campaign and lead management systems plus robust Google Analytics support.

SPECIFICATIONOver the course of several months, SWG guided our client through the design specification phase of this high visibility initiative. It was CRITICAL for us to learn and understand the culture of CIG so that the resulting application would be readily adopted by CIG's Insurance Advisors. SWG facilitated many strategic discussions to help shape this product to the satisfaction of the many stakeholders.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGYCIGLive was one of the very first Flex application to make extensive use of of Adobe's LiveCycle Collaboration Services (LCCS) technology. CIGLIve uses this technology to offer on-demand video chat and screen sharing collaboration between prospective online customers and CIG's certified Insurance Advisors.

LEADSCENTERLeadsCenter is a productivity tool created specifically for CIG Insurance by Shafer Walters Group. At the heart of LeadsCenter is a online database designed to receive, warehouse and manage prospect leads generated and qualified through the various marketing efforts of CIG.
- DASHBOARD
DASHBOARDAn Executive Dashboard was created to allow CIG Management to monitor and track lead generation, sales and Advisor activity in real-time. This Dashboard application leverages Google Analytics development API for up-to-the-moment data accuracy. It runs on PC's, Macs and even the iPad.

TRAINING RESOURCESBesides creating every aspect of the CICLive application, SWG also created the Advisor training materials, produced a vision video and led the initial training webinars for the CIG Insurance Advisors.
